Q: What are your accepted payment methods?

A: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Cash, Cheque.

Q: What is the right monitoring package or equipment that will fit my needs?

A: Before we provide any recommendations we offer our customers a complimentary site check to properly asses your security concerns. Once we factor in the size of your home or business, budget, and any other unique variables you may have we will provide you with a comprehensive solution tailored for you.

Q: I’m looking to make the switch from my current monitoring provider to Dynamic Security, what do I need to do?

A: Making the switch is easy to do once we’ve determined that your alarm system is compatible. When you’ve signed our monitoring contract at your earliest convenience we will have a technician program your alarm system to communicate with our monitoring station.

Q: How soon can I expect to have my new alarm system installed?

A: Once all the paperwork has been signed we will have a technician install your new system within 5-10 business days. We will do our best to accommodate you if you have any time-sensitive concerns but nothing is guaranteed.
